Shipping & Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase provided the item is found to be defective or is unopened and undamaged, and in 100% re-sellable condition. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) must be requested and issued prior to making any returns. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. All returns shipped back without a Schatzii issued RMA number will not be eligible for any refund or exchange. All accepted returns will be assessed a 25% re-stocking fee, no exceptions.

Any items purchased using special discount promotions, including those purchased via sales promotions or using discounts offered through 3rd party partners are not eligible for returns or exchanges and all sales are final.

 

Order Tracking

Order tracking numbers are available upon request for express shipments via Fedex and DHL, and qualifying USPS shipments.
